1️⃣ Returns:
We accept returns only in case of manufacturing defects, wrong product dispatch, or damaged items received.
Requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof for verification.
2️⃣ Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return or replacement:Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
Packaging should be complete and undamaged.
Color variation due to screen display will not be considered a valid reason for return.
3️⃣ Refunds / Replacement:
Once your return is approved, you may choose:
✅ Replacement / Exchange of product
or
✅ Refund to original payment mode (after inspection)
Refunds are initiated within 5–7 working days after the returned item reaches our factory and passes quality check.
4️⃣ Non-Returnable Items:
Products purchased under discounts, clearance, or special offers are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective.
5️⃣ Factory Holidays & Processing:
Return requests and processing will not be handled on Sundays or factory holidays.
